Step 1: Jailbreak Your iPhone 4, 3GS on iOS 6.0.1 using the link below:
Step 2: Open the Cydia app on your iPhone and tap on "manage"
Step 3: Then tap on "Edit" then "add"and then type

Step 3: Download the latest version of UltraSn0w from Cydia.
Step 4: Now search for “UltraSn0w Fixer For 6.0.1” utility in Cydia. Tap on the “Install” button.
Cydia will do the installation and Voila, your iPhone is now unlocked.
