iPad 5.0.1 IPSW Download
Apple has rolled out the first iOS 5 update – 5.0.1. The change log clearly states that along with fixing several bugs, it brings back multitasking gestures on the iPad 1. Other notable changes include better battery life management. While there has been no untethered jailbreak for any iOS device, including first generation iPad. These download links will be extremely helpful for those who cannot wait for the OTA (over the air) update. We recommend you to perform the update as even for the iOS 5.0.0, there is no untethered jailbreak (even though iPad 3 production has already started), so it is better to stay updated.
