Apple seeded the fourth iOS 8.2 beta to developers. The new 8.2 beta can be downloaded either over-the-air, or via Apple’s developer portal, by all registered iOS developers.

This is a pre-release version of iOS 8.2 beta 4 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Devices updated to iOS 8.2 beta 4 can not be restored to earlier versions of iOS.
