Possible fix for BBM for iPhone crash when trying to access Contacts

BBM for iPhone crashes when users try to access their contact list, by tapping the “Contacts” tab at the bottom. A possible fix for the issue, as suggested by reader Mashhood Farooque is to simply delete the app from your home screen and install it again from the App Store (direct link).

We weren’t able to verify if this fixes the issue, since the app wasn’t crashing for us, but let us know in the comments below if this fix worked for you. BlackBerry is, of course, aware of this issue and is working on a fix, which should hopefully be available on the App Store soon.
