Users able to install iOS 7 beta without developer account
It's a Good news for Apple users that Apple seeded the first beta version of iOS 7 to developers of the iOS Developer program. As we mentioned earlier, you need to be a developer (i.e. have your device’s UDID registered with a developer account) to be able to install the iOS 7 beta.
However, users on reddit are reporting that they have been able to update their iPhones to iOS 7 beta without having their iPhone’s UDID registered with a developer account.

reddit user 000MIX explains how he managed to install iOS 7 beta on his iPhone 5:
- Download the correct .ipsw file for your device
- connect your phone to iTunes and (Alt/Option for mac, or Shift for Windows) on the Update button instead the restore button.
So the trick is to use the Update option rather than the Restore option. It is not clear if this works on other iOS devices as well (though iOS 7 beta is not yet available for the iPad)
