In ios7 you can block phone calls, messages or FaceTime from specific numbers

you will finally be able to block phone calls, messages or FaceTime from specific numbers in iOS 7.In iOS 7, to block a Contact, launch the Contacts app and tap on the contact you want to block and scroll down, , you have a new option called Block this Caller. If you tap on it, you’re prompted with a message informing you “You will not receive phone calls, messages or FaceTime from people on the block list” with an option to Block Contact or Cancel.

If you want to block the number of a recent caller then in the Phone app , when you tap on the small i button next to the number in the Recents tab and scroll down, and tap on the Block this Caller option to add it to the block list.

launch the Settings app, and navigate to Phone, there is now a new option called “Blocked”, tapping on it gives you access to the list of contacts or numbers that have been blocked.
