Exigency Lets You Make Emergency Call To Any Contact From Lock Screen

Exigency is a new jailbreak tweak that allows you to make an emergency call to anyone in your contacts from the lock screen.

By default, when you tap on the Emergency Call button on the Enter Passcode screen, it brings up the PHONE APP and gives you an option to call 911 or the appropriate emergency number in your country. 

Exigency replaces this with a menu, which gives an option to make the Emergency Call and to call a contact. Tapping on the Call Contact option will give you access to the Contact list, thus allowing you to call anyone in your contacts.

This can be useful if you want to quickly call someone without entering the passcode, assuming you’re not paranoid about giving someone access to your contacts. After you end the call, it takes you back to the lock screen.
